These family photos on Mackworth Island were so great — Happy & Bryan were the sweetest, and their son, George, had the BEST time exploring! Happy was pregnant with their second child at the time, so this doubled as a family session and a sort of maternity session at the same time. 🙂 They chose Mackworth Island for a location — a tiny island connected to Falmouth by a causeway — which is one of my favorite spots in southern Maine. This Mackworth Island family session with Erin & Jill and their two sweet babies, Elsa and Owen, was just pure childlike fun! You may remember Erin and Jill from waaaaay back — I photographed their amazing Northeast Harbor commitment ceremony back in 2010! I was so thrilled to hear from them again, and so happy to hear about their twice-as-big family! We met up at Mackworth Island in Falmouth, Maine, which is such a gorgeous spot all year round.
