Narragansett, Rhode Island Family Session! | Grace & Matt

This Narragansett, Rhode Island family session was so much fun because I not only got to see a beloved family home, but we also played on the beach! rhode island beach family photosgoofy family portraits in rhode islandmother and daughter portraitcouple portrait in jerusalem, rhode islandfamily portrait with cats in rhode islandfun beach portraits in narragansettbeach cottage couple portraitsilly, candid family portraits in rhode islandnarragansett, rhode island family sessionextended family session in rhode islandbaby portraits in narragansettfamily session on the beach in narragansettsibling portrait in new englandbeach grasskid rolling in sand at the beachnarragansett, rhode island family sessionnarragansett, rhode island family sessionbeach family photos in jerusalem, rhode islandbaby photos in new englanda seagull flying at the beachjerusalem, rhode islandfamily photos at a beach cottagebeach family portraits in narragansettjerusalem, rhode island family photoskid playing in the sandfun family photos at the beachcouple walking hand-in-hand at the beachrhode island family photoswoman posing with her catfunny sister photo on the beachI photographed Grace & Matt’s wedding — at the very same house in Jerusalem, a tiny fishing village within Narragansett, Rhode Island — years ago. Grace grew up in Ohio (just like me!), but their annual trip to her grandparents’ cottage in Jerusalem, Rhode Island was always the highlight of her year. Her and Matt even left New Mexico, where they met and started dating, so Grace could take a job by the sea in Virginia (which I understand — the ocean is addictive in the best way). Grace got in touch with me to come down to Jerusalem again to help her and her sister surprise their parents with a photo session, and I was so honored to see them all again! We spent a couple hours just hanging at the cottage, walking along East Matunuck State Beach, and exploring some nearby spots, and it was so much fun, especially letting the kids play and splash in the water. 🙂
