    This is Liz & Rick! You might remember them from their adorable farmhouse engagement session. The two of them were actually married way back in 2009 — they did a super simple courthouse ceremony with no family, no friends, and not a single photograph! Liz got in touch with me in late 2011 about photographing what was essentially their vow renewal — a chance for them to get dressed up, say their vows, and re-dedicate their lives to each other, but this time with the people they loved the most being present.     This is Justine & Scott! Yes, we’re name twins, and she’s one of the ONLY other Justines I’ve EVER met. Fate! They found me on Offbeat Bride and I couldn’t have been more excited about the idea of heading to NYC (my first time ever!), especially after reading about the Onderdonk House. It’s located in Ridgewood, right on the border of Queens and Brooklyn, and it’s the oldest Dutch Colonial stone house in New York City. It’s literally this awesome house surrounded by an acre of land right in the middle of industrial Queens/Brooklyn. It’s delightfully out of place.
