Here’s another 2013 recap post… ENGAGEMENTS! 2013 was a big year for engagement sessions and I had so much fun. In my opinion they’re such an important precursor to your wedding photos — they help you get to know your photographer in the same capacity that you’ll be interacting on the wedding day, they make you feel more comfortable and confident all around, and they make you realize that even if you might FEEL awkward in photos, you LOOK amazing! Laura + Daniel | Married! 10.06.12 | Little Duck Pond Wedding | Windham, Maine Wedding Photographer
This is Laura & Daniel! They actually eloped to Washington, D.C. in December 2011, but wanted to have a bigger celebration with family and friends. They rented a small house on Little Duck Pond in Windham, Maine and had a very intimate, casual party. They had their ceremony right on the water and had the reception in a tent in front of the house. It was awesome – everyone gathered together in the woods, surrounded by nature, just smiling and laughing and enjoying the food and music!
