This is Heather & David! Heather found me on Offbeat Bride and I liked her immediately. Anyone who knows Heather will tell you how downright BUBBLY she is — the woman has the most infectious smile, laugh, personality, everything! This is Keeley & Matt! Keeley found me on A Practical Wedding — one of my favorite wedding blogs — and told me all about her and Matt, and the day they had planned. They both live in North Carolina, but Matt is from Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and has lots of family and friends in the area.
