This is Andrea! She’s the owner at Andrea Hayes Fitness and she’s insanely good at getting (and keeping) people motivated to improve their health and their overall well-being! I initially met her through a fitness group on Facebook — she turned me onto the first and only fitness DVDs that have EVER hooked me in (and let me achieve some actual weight loss and muscle gain), ChaLean Extreme! She later asked me if I could take some head shots of her for her new site, and I was so glad to help. She was awesome to spend time with — extremely positive and upbeat, and SO easy to photograph!
