Portland, Maine Portrait Photographer | I loved doing this shoot with Jenna, an absolute inspiration of a woman who also happens to be an extremely talented photographer! Once in a while us photographers like to get together and explore, chat, and photograph each other just for fun. It’s a great way to not only hang out with each other — I mean, we ARE all pretty awesome — but to practice different techniques or explore areas we haven’t photographed in yet. Kellie & Owen’s quintessential Portland, Maine wedding was one of my favorites of the whole year — these two just RADIATE joy! These two met in Washington, DC — they were both living there post-college. Kellie was playing electric viola in a band and a mutual friend brought Owen to see one of their shows. They hit it off that night and soon after had their first official date in a park in DC, where Owen would propose several years later! They live in New York City now but Kellie grew up in Portland and Owen became a big fan after many visits with her. I mean, how could you not?…
