2013: Wedding Portraits!
One of my last 2013 recap posts… WEDDING PORTRAITS! This is one of my favorite parts of the wedding day. One of the only chances for the couple to be alone together and just let it sink in that they’re about to get married, or that they just got married (depending on when you do your solo portraits!). It’s a time filled with giddy laughter and excitement, and it makes for some of the most excellent photos! Here’s some of my favorites from this year…

This is Kallie & Eric! They are a unique couple, for sure, and I liked their style right away. Firstly, Kallie proposed to Eric… how cool is that!? Secondly… they decided on a film theme for their wedding reception. That’s just plain awesome. They chose the Belfast Boat House for their wedding day, which is a fantastic spot. It’s a small, intimate venue, just SURROUNDED by the beauty of coastal Maine. Perfect! They traveled from Kansas, but they’re both Maine natives, so it worked perfectly.
