Wedding at On the Marsh Bistro in Kennebunkport

This wedding at On the Marsh Bistro in Kennebunkport was just fun from top to bottom, all thanks to Emily and Anthony’s easygoing style! When I first met these two, it was one of those coffee dates where it finished up and I thought to myself “oh my gosh, I hope they’re as excited as I am because I reeeeeally liked them!”. Afterwards, she sent me an e-mail saying “It was wonderful to meet you on Monday and after our conversation, Anthony and I turned to each other and simply said ‘Yep!'” — I was so relieved! We did their engagement photos during the fall at Fuller Farm in Scarborough and it just solidified for me how awesome these two are.

They met in Boston via mutual friends while they were attending different schools. Emily’s roommate was dating Anthony’s good friend and after they split they figured there was no reason not to continue the friendship! That friendship turned into a relationship and then Anthony was proposing to Emily in Bar Harbor, Maine. 🙂 They knew they’d both be busy with grad school when the wedding rolled around, so they chose On the Marsh thanks to a friend’s recommendation about how easy the whole process was — they know their stuff, and it’s easy to “just show up” and have everything taken care of! The whole day was beautiful, from Emily giving her bridesmaids thoughtful gifts in the nearby hotel room to their sweet First Look to wild dancing at the reception… it was a blast!
