This is Brendan & Ellen! Brendan got in touch with me back in March and let me know that he was planning to propose to his girlfriend, Ellen, on their trip to the Cliff House in Ogunquit, Maine. Amazingly enough I had the date free (it was a Saturday in May), and I was SO EXCITED — I had never photographed a proposal before but always wanted to!!! Erica + Christina | Married! 09.10.11 | Hope Hobbs Gazebo Commitment Ceremony | Jonathan’s Restaurant | Maine Commitment Ceremony Photographer
This is Erica & Christina! They are both insanely sweet, and so much fun. At the time they were married, same sex marriage wasn’t legal in Maine, so they did a Maine commitment ceremony. They both live in Oregon, but their family and friends are all in Maine, so it was just a natural choice! Their ceremony was at the Hope Hobbs Gazebo in Wells, Maine, with their reception at Jonathan’s in Ogunquit! The whole day was beautiful.
