This is Justine & Scott! Yes, we’re name twins, and she’s one of the ONLY other Justines I’ve EVER met. Fate! They found me on Offbeat Bride and I couldn’t have been more excited about the idea of heading to NYC (my first time ever!), especially after reading about the Onderdonk House. It’s located in Ridgewood, right on the border of Queens and Brooklyn, and it’s the oldest Dutch Colonial stone house in New York City. It’s literally this awesome house surrounded by an acre of land right in the middle of industrial Queens/Brooklyn. It’s delightfully out of place. 2013: Formals!
Here’s something you don’t see on here very often — FORMALS! Heck, some of you might not even be sure that I DO formals at the weddings I photograph, but I assure you, I do! Of all the weddings I photographed in 2013, only ONE couple opted to not do formals, so it’s an extremely common thing. The only bit that varies is how many formals I do at each wedding, since I leave it 100% up to my couples. Some come to me with a HUGE list, but most only want a small number of them done.
