This, my friends, is Kate and Kyle. Kate and I have known each other since highschool and I was honored to photograph their wedding this past December. They were married at The Portland Club right on State St in Portland, Maine (just like Alexandra and Scott!) and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite venues. It’s just very cute and homey… you feel all warm and fuzzy when you’re in there, especially when it’s all decked out in Christmas decorations. Very cozy. Nancy and Robby had one of the sweetest, most natural weddings I’ve ever been to. They were married at Channing Memorial Church in Newport, Rhode Island, which was absolutely stunning. It was a super short ceremony — so short, in fact, that I couldn’t believe it when it was over! No offense to traditional church ceremonies with the full mass, but… lightning fast ceremonies are where it’s at. 🙂 AND, the woman who officiated totally used an iPad to read from. Technology! We then headed to the Glen Manor House in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, for the reception. This house was fantastic… huge, beautiful gardens behind it and overlooking the water.…
