The School Sessions!
I am proud to announce that I am joining HUNDREDS of other photographers across the globe to help raise money to build a school in Haiti as part of The School Sessions! This is a one-day event taking place on April 12th, 2015 and the goal is to raise $200,000 to build a school in Mellier, Haiti. From the website: “The School Sessions is raising $200,000 to buy land and fund construction of a ten-classroom, concrete, earthquake- and hurricane-proof building. Our partner organization, Hope Force International,will be managing all funds and working with a local contractor on the project. This is Lindsay & Rob! When Lindsay first contacted me about their wedding she didn’t have a whole ton of details planned out yet, but she had the most important bits in place: she knew they wanted to get married at SkiEsta in Newry, Maine (an absolutely stunning venue and rental home!); she knew their dog, Thor, would be a part of the day somehow (yes!); and she knew that they wanted to have FUN.
