Cranston, Rhode Island Wedding | Alanna & Joe!

This Cranston, Rhode Island wedding with Alanna and Joe was just as casual and love-filled as I expected it to be after meeting these two! I met them when we did their Bissell Brothers engagement session and they balance each other out so well. Joe is more soft-spoken while Alanna is bubbly. Joe is quietly thoughtful while Alanna is loudly laughing. They are an awesome couple and I just knew the wedding day would follow suit! They actually had a two-part celebration. On Friday, they had a very intimate ceremony at their home in Cranston — right in the backyard! — and then we headed to nearby Roger Williams Park for some more photos. I came back down on Saturday for their reception, which they did right at Joe’s parents’ home, also in Cranston! You wouldn’t think that such an awesome, beautiful reception could be thrown in a backyard, but they put SO MUCH work and effort in and make it incredible! The weekend was just so relaxed and happy, tons of laughing, and all you can eat pizza and tacos — it doesn’t get better than that. 😉
