Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse Wedding

This Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse wedding was the most relaxed, laid-back, summery celebration — I loved it! These two met at school in New Haven, Connecticut, where they currently live. Allison is from Maine but Dan is from Asheville, North Carolina. They share a love for Maine, though, since Allison’s parents have a house right in South Portland and they’d often take walks down to the beach by Spring Point. They decided that would be the perfect area to get married, and wanted to do so right on the water to give their many out-of-state guests a real treat. They did an outdoor ceremony within view of the lighthouse and then did a tented reception right down next to the beach! It was THE most relaxed day ever. We did a First Look so they could be together for some couple photos beforehand, which I always recommend. The ceremony was happy and relaxed, with a stunning view. And the reception was full of dancing and AMAZING food — tacos for days!!!
