This is Caroline & Silas! You might remember them from their East End engagement session. 🙂 They found me from a past wedding couple of mine, Claire & Dan (who were guests!), so I knew they would be amazing to work with! They had their ceremony on the Eastern Promenade on the most BEAUTIFUL August day… gorgeous blue skies and barely any clouds to be seen. We then walked down the hill and hopped on one of the trains and rode the narrow gauge railroad down to the Ocean Gateway for their reception! Caroline + Silas | Engaged! | Portland, Maine Engagement Session | Maine Engagement Photographer
This is Caroline & Silas! They’re getting married this August and their reception will be at the Ocean Gateway in Portland, so it only seemed appropriate to meet there as the starting point for their engagement session! The session almost didn’t happen — rain was threatening to ruin our plans — but amazingly enough it stayed away, and it was an awesome shoot! We wandered around Portland towards the end of Commercial St, by the train cars and heading towards the East End Beach. They were SO much fun to photograph, and hilarious in front of the camera, constantly cracking each other up and randomly breaking into dance. 🙂
