This is Jess & April! These two are just… there no words to explain it. I think the photos properly sum up just how genuine, loving, and hilarious they are — but not just with each other, with everyone. From the very first e-mail I got from Jess, she spoke to me as if we were old friends… and now, close to 2 years later, I feel like we are. They wanted to do their engagement photos somewhere woodsy and full of nature, and we chose Fort Foster in Kittery — so much variety in one fairly small space! This is Ilona & Chris! They had initially wanted to do their engagement on a lobster boat — there’s several tours out of Portland — but we weren’t able to make it work with our schedules, so we settled with staying near the water in both downtown Portland and Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth! We did the shoot in mid-April which — true to Maine weather — was still quite cold, hence why they’re wearing hats and winter coats. 😉 But we got some GORGEOUS photos and had so much fun!
