These family photos at Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse in South Portland were just the most wonderful, sunny, happy photos ever! I loved adventuring with them and their son, Wes. I try to let family photos be primarily led by the child — it’s what keeps kiddos the happiest! — and I loved that Jessica & Devon were completely on board with that. Wes got to run around and chase mom and dad, play in the sand, climb on rocks, pick dandelions, and run up and down ramps. This Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse engagement session with Hanna and Justin was cloudy, moody, lovey perfection! These two were married down in Massachusetts so they decided to change things up and come up to my neck of the woods for the engagement photos. We decided on an outdoorsy, ocean-centric location and Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse in South Portland fit the bill. This lighthouse is part of the SMCC campus and dang, how lucky those students are.
