Welcome to the newest installment of this blog… FLASHBACK FRIDAY! This is basically going to be a look back at previous years, whether it be weddings, portraits, or my personal life! I think it’s important to recognize where you’ve come from as well as acknowledging how far you’ve come as an artist and a professional. This week’s Flashback Friday is from December 30th, 2011. This is Meg & Carrie! Words can’t even describe how awesome they are. Meg contacted me back in June of 2011 and from the first e-mail I knew we’d get along! She mentioned that her and Carrie are both amateur photographers, so having really rockin’ photos was high on their list of priorities. I always love that! Fate was also totally at play here. Their original wedding date was June 16th, 2012 — MY BIRTHDAY — and while I am normally hesitant to work on my birthday, I put that aside for the chance to work with them.
