Baxter Woods Boudoir Session | Katie!
This Baxter Woods boudoir session with Katie was so fun, and such a departure from the photographs we normally do! I’ve photographed Katie’s family for years, but this time we wanted to do something JUST for her. Katie is often in the midst of getting ready to train or actively training for a race, so we wanted to do a photoshoot to really celebrate her body and its power and strength. We met up at Baxter Woods in Portland for a boudoir session and I swear we laughed more than we took photos so that’s always a good sign. 🙂

Cherry Blossom Portraits | Abbi!
These cherry blossom portraits with Abbi, my beautiful now sister-in-law, are something I’ve been wanting to do forever! I had spotted these GORGEOUS blossoming trees and knew I wanted to capture them. Some were behind an abandoned gas station of all places and one was next to a local sandwich shop. So I asked if she’d be up for some fun photos. We had a pretty hilarious time — especially with me being visibly pregnant and waddling around. Abbi is SO stunning and photographs like a dream!Â
