These family photos at Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse in South Portland were just the most wonderful, sunny, happy photos ever! I loved adventuring with them and their son, Wes. I try to let family photos be primarily led by the child — it’s what keeps kiddos the happiest! — and I loved that Jessica & Devon were completely on board with that. Wes got to run around and chase mom and dad, play in the sand, climb on rocks, pick dandelions, and run up and down ramps. Backyard Family Session in Gorham, Maine
This backyard family session in Gorham, Maine with Ashley & Len was everything I love about at-home sessions! We met at Ashley’s parents’ home and they have the perfect fenced-in yard for all kinds of fun playing and activities. I met Ashley & Len way back at their Evergreen Cemetery maternity session when Ashley was pregnant with their daughter, and we also did another couple sessions in between, and now they have two beautiful kiddos!
