This is Rachel & Chad and their little guy, Ari! You might remember Rachel & Chad from their Crescent Beach elopement back in April 2012. They had Ari not too long after (Rachel was actually pregnant at their elopement!), but we didn’t know if we’d be able to make a family session happen since they live out in Ohio. Luckily a majority of my family lives in Cincinnati (that’s where I was born!) and I visit every year, so we planned to get together during my June 2013 trip! 2013: Formals!
Here’s something you don’t see on here very often — FORMALS! Heck, some of you might not even be sure that I DO formals at the weddings I photograph, but I assure you, I do! Of all the weddings I photographed in 2013, only ONE couple opted to not do formals, so it’s an extremely common thing. The only bit that varies is how many formals I do at each wedding, since I leave it 100% up to my couples. Some come to me with a HUGE list, but most only want a small number of them done.
