I was so happy I could coordinate this Washington, DC engagement session with Laura & John during one of my yearly visits to the city! These two were planning to get married in Massachusetts but lived in Washington, DC, and when they found out that I took a yearly trip there every spring, they were on board to try to make our schedules match up so we could do a shoot! I think I loved Katherine & Kyle’s cloudy East End engagement session so much because they didn’t let the impending weather get them down even for a second. It was one of those days where I normally would have rescheduled — the forecast looked like it was about to rain ANY SECOND — but it was the only day they could do, so we made it work, and completely lucked out!
