These Bissell Brothers engagement photos with Alanna & Joe are just colorful, beer-loving awesomeness! I have taken couple photos at Bissell Brothers before, but that was at their old location over by Riverside. Now they’re at Thompson’s Point (which has quickly become one of the coolest spots around) and their new space is GORGEOUS — so full of light and colorful murals and giant barrels. This wedding at Caswell Farm in Gray, Maine was magical — live music, comedians, bonfires, cupcakes, food trucks, what more could you ask for? These two were referred to me by a colleague and friend of mine (thank you, Tricia!) and told me about their reception plans. They were going fairly untraditional with their plans — they didn’t even do a ceremony, just went right to the mingling and fun! — and wanted a “creative, talented, queer-friendly” photographer to be there to capture the fun in a more candid, documentary-style.
