This is Mary & James! You might remember them from their rainy Boston engagement session. Mary was referred to me by Tiff & Dave, another awesome couple! James is from Massachusetts but Mary is from South Carolina, so she wanted to bring some southern charm up to New England. They chose The Barn at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA, which is one of my new favorite spots. They planned a day that was simultaneously impeccably coordinated and designed while also being laid back and carefree. This is Jenn! She’s the sister of Sarah, who you saw on the blog recently — she’s also an actress and they decided to share their session time at Smiling Hill Farm in Westbrook, Maine! We basically walked around the farm and did some poses in each location we stopped it — we changed it up a little for each of them, but it was nice that they had similar styles so we didn’t have to do two separate sessions. Plus they could make each other laugh the whole time. 😉
