This is Steph & Laura! Steph and I went to the same high school for a short period of time, so I was really excited to hear from her about their wedding! We decided to do their engagement session at the Quarry Run Dog Park in Portland — both because it’s gorgeous AND because it meant they could bring their pup, Penny, along for the fun. 🙂

This is Hillary & Mike! Hillary found me on the Ocean Gateway Facebook page — I have shot another wedding there (hey, Caroline & Silas!) and Hillary loved ’em. Lucky me! 🙂 They booked me for not only their wedding but their rehearsal dinner, which I loved! I don’t photograph too many of them (partially because I shoot out-of-state weddings quite frequently) but I am always thrilled to — it’s such a fun way to get to know not only the couple but their friends and family as well.
