Grey Havens Inn Wedding in Georgetown, ME

This Grey Havens Inn wedding was so beautiful, so full of love, and so perfectly fitting for the coast of Maine! You might remember them from their adorable Portland engagement session. 🙂 These two met while both working at Maine Medical Center. Emily is from Alabama and Jonathan is from Georgia and they had both moved to Maine 3 months apart without ever knowing the other existed. They were pushed together at work since they are both “redheaded Southerners” and the next thing they knew they were a couple. 🙂 These two are possibly the sweetest couple alive — if you’ve ever heard of “Southern charm” and doubted it, just spend some time with these two and you’ll be a believer. They celebrated their wedding at Grey Havens Inn in Georgetown, Maine — a stunning town and an even more stunning venue! They aimed for a soft, coastal, almost ethereal vibe for the wedding day and I think they nailed it… but I liked how Emily mentioned to me “To be honest, you could dress me in a paper bag and call me Bob at the altar, and I’d still be all starry-eyed for this man.”. That’s true love, y’all. 😉 My favorite part of the day? TWO sets of twins! Emily’s sisters are identical twins, and Jonathan has an identical twin brother! What are the odds of that!?
