Nancy + Robby | Married! 09.19.10 | Channing Memorial Church Wedding | Glen Manor House Wedding

Nancy and Robby had one of the sweetest, most natural weddings I’ve ever been to. They were married at Channing Memorial Church in Newport, Rhode Island, which was absolutely stunning. It was a super short ceremony — so short, in fact, that I couldn’t believe it when it was over! No offense to traditional church ceremonies with the full mass, but… lightning fast ceremonies are where it’s at. 🙂 AND, the woman who officiated totally used an iPad to read from. Technology! We then headed to the Glen Manor House in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, for the reception. This house was fantastic… huge, beautiful gardens behind it and overlooking the water. Insane! There was mingling and appetizers and then they had a second Autumn Equinox ceremony in the garden, surrounded by lush green trees and flowers. And then came the dancing. 🙂
