Harbor View at Jones Landing Wedding | Larissa & Matt!

This Harbor View at Jones Landing wedding was so fun and sweet — these two know how to throw a party that is both intimate and wild! Larissa’s mother actually initially got in touch with me, as they live in New York City and were planning a semi-destination wedding by coming to Portland! I met Larissa & Matt in person shortly after and just loved them — they’re both warm, genuine people and Larissa especially is so easy to laugh (and she lights up a room!). They had discovered Maine while on a trip together and fell in love with it (as everyone does!), so they wanted to have their wedding here rather than back home in NYC. They chose to do their ceremony at Fish Point in Portland, right on the East End Trail, and then we all took the train on the Narrow Gauge Railroad for a mini scenic tour before taking the ferry out to Peaks Island! The day seemed perfect for them — bright, happy, and easygoing, focusing mostly on their interactions with family and friends and just taking advantage of the natural beauty of Maine!

Ceremony: Fish Point, Eastern Prom, Portland, Maine | Reception: Jones Landing, Peaks Island, Maine | Catering: The Black Tie Co.
