Jen + Joe | Maternity Boudoir! | Maine Maternity Boudoir Photographer

This is Jen & Joe! Jen found me through another awesome client of mine (hi, Rebecca!!) and told me that she was interested in a maternity boudoir session. These are one of my favorite types of sessions — I think it’s such a unique combination of admiring your body’s strength and ability as well as recognizing that you can be sexy and confident in all different steps of life, including when you’re carrying another life inside of you. They were taking a trip up to Portland so it worked out perfectly for them to come to my boudoir studio for their shoot! Jen is so bubbly and sweet while Joe is more on the shy side, and the two of them together is just so fun to watch — they obviously love each other SO much. We had such a good time with this shoot, lots of laughing and joking around and doing some goofy and ironic poses, but I loved that some real, genuine tenderness came out, too, and I feel like Jen really got more comfortable with the shoot than she might have initially thought she would. Love!
