One of my last 2013 recap posts… WEDDING PORTRAITS! This is one of my favorite parts of the wedding day. One of the only chances for the couple to be alone together and just let it sink in that they’re about to get married, or that they just got married (depending on when you do your solo portraits!). It’s a time filled with giddy laughter and excitement, and it makes for some of the most excellent photos! Here’s some of my favorites from this year…
This photo needs to be in the dictionary next to a definition of “ecstatic joy”.
I’m a sucker for colorful graffiti. 🙂
This is the car that Sarah rode up to the ceremony in!
I also love me a good farm wedding. 🙂
I adore these two.
Justine & Scott in an old checkered cab. 🙂
We couldn’t resist throwing some leaves around!
I think this photo basically sums up why I love weddings!
Nice, Joe. 🙂
Ah, perfect. <3
Adorable bride is adorable!
Eating ice cream. 🙂
Nice, Colin. 😉
Ashley loved this church, so I had to get a good photo with it as the focus!
They were married at City Hall, so this photo was a must. 🙂
Eating popcorn. Giddy. 🙂
Enjoying the incredible sunset after some intense rain.
Taking advantage of the view from the top of the Masonic Temple.
I love grooms in kilts!
Gettin’ serious at their venue, the Vander-Ende Onderdonk House in Queens, NY.
Somehow these kind of photos always happen… 😉
One of my favorites of all time.
That freaking DRESS!
There’s Meagan & Sage, all tiny sittin’ on the bench!
So much fun.
Farm wedding! <3
Portland Head Light. 🙂
Their thank-you card. 🙂
SO MUCH HAPPY.
